Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing overall. We initially booked a deluxe spa room, but upon arrival, we were given a standard room instead and had to deal with multiple inconveniences like a tiny lift and an unpleasant foyer smell. Even though the outdoor terrace for breakfast was nice and the location was great, the discomfort in the room led us to check out early and find a different place.
I had a great stay at Florence Old Bridge B&B, located just a couple of minutes from the Ponte Vecchio and other attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, but I found the pillows to be too flat for my taste. Overall, it offered excellent value for money given the central location and amenities. The rooftop terrace bar was a major highlight, offering stunning views over the city.
My stay at this hotel didn't meet my expectations. While it has a great location close to major attractions, the room we received was not what we booked, and the overall cleanliness and comfort left much to be desired. The hotel facilities were lacking, particularly regarding noise insulation and maintenance. Staff were polite, but it didn’t make up for the downsides I experienced during my visit.
I had a single night at this B&B, and it was perfectly located for exploring the local attractions. The room was clean and tidy, though a bit small for us. The service was helpful when it came to handling our luggage. While I didn’t try breakfast due to an early departure, I enjoyed the view from a nearby hill. Unfortunately, the overall experience was slightly marred by some issues with the staff at a separate hotel.
I found this hotel to be perfectly located just a couple of minutes' walk from the Ponte Vecchio and right near the Palazzo Pitti. The room was spacious and modern, which I really appreciated. However, while the staff were friendly, the check-in process was a bit inconvenient as it was across the street. Overall, it’s a great spot to explore Florence, but there were some service hiccups that could be improved.
